Josephine Tickles BW's Feet

My half of an art trade with (his half is this, BTW: )with one of his characters, Josephine the French Albino Cat, tickling another, BW (Blacken White) on her feet (and he chose a feather duster), while the latter's hands are tied behind her back.

P.S. #1: I don't like the idea of same-gender (unrelated) tickling, especially with the victim's/victims' hands tied behind his/her/their back(s).

P.S. #2: Excuse this picture for lacking real background or effects, and for lacking shading or highlighting. I used MS Paint due to Photoshop being unabled to initialize, which is due to not having enough memory (RAM).
